Houston3PL is a regional operation within the Sam\u2019s 3PL Solutions network. When you contact us, request a quote, or use our services, the terms of this policy govern how we handle your information.

For services handled under other network brands (Seattle3PL, Chattanooga3PL, Detroit3PL, Miami-Dade 3PL, and Sam\u2019s 3PL Solutions), refer to the privacy notice associated with that specific property. Shared network infrastructure may be governed by the parent policy at sams3plsolutions.com.

We collect only what we need to quote, operate, and improve the service. Specifically:

• Contact information — name, company, business email, phone number, and job title when you submit a contact or quote form.
• Shipment & inventory data — SKUs, dimensions, weights, destinations, order volumes, and special handling requirements required to provide a logistics quote or service.
• Account & billing data — legal entity, tax ID, billing address, and payment method when you become a client.
• Site telemetry — anonymized visit data (page, referrer, device class, approximate region) to improve the site. We do not run third-party ad trackers.

Information is used strictly for operating the relationship you initiate with us:

• Preparing quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
• Executing warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and reporting services.
• Communicating about the status of your shipments, inventory, or account.
• Meeting tax, customs, FTZ, and other regulatory recordkeeping obligations.
• Improving site performance, navigation, and SEO structure.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent, trade, or provide it to advertising networks.

Information may be shared with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary for the service you have requested:

• Service providers — transportation carriers, customs brokers, insurance providers, and warehouse management system vendors under confidentiality obligations.
• Network affiliates — other 3PL operations within the Sam\u2019s 3PL Solutions network when coordinating multi-region fulfillment on your behalf.
• Regulators & authorities — when required by law, subpoena, customs rule, or legitimate legal process.
• Successor entities — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We retain records only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Inbound inquiry data that does not result in a contract is purged within twenty-four (24) months. Service records are retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus the minimum period required by applicable commercial and tax law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or similar frameworks. These can include:

Houston3PL.com is built as a static site and uses minimal cookies. We do not load third-party advertising or social-tracking pixels. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics may be used to measure site performance in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the content of the site.

Houston3PL provides business-to-business services and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will promptly remove it.
